Device Assessment & Repair

Service Description

I will come to you and assess the device, repair on site if possible. If more in depth work is needed I will take it back to my office and repair it. If any replacement parts are needed I will only purchase them with your approval. Replacement parts/software is separate from applicable hourly rate. Note: Not all devices can be repaired due to factors such as device age, physical damage, or availability of replacement parts. Minimum 1 hour labor for initial assessment/repair, if additional time is needed this will be billed to the customer post repair.
